Scheduling Appointments

We know that time can be a precious commodity. That is why when you call us to schedule an appointment, we will do everything we can to make sure that it is convenient and fitting for your schedule. Depending on the age and the nature of your child’s appointment, we may try to schedule the appointment for a more specific time of day.

If you schedule an appointment for a child who is attending school during regular school hours, we can write a note to excuse his/her absence.

We request that if you need to cancel an appointment that you notify us 24 hours in advance to the time of your appointment. We understand that emergencies and that circumstances can change unexpectedly, however the time that you cancel could be used by another patient who needs our help and our services.

The best thing to do in regard to scheduling an appointment is to call. We’re ready and available to help you with your questions, concerns and to help you know what to do to prepare for your child’s visit to our office.
